The building in which the hotel is located is part of the cultural heritage of the city of Oradea and it dates to the beginnings of the 20th century when Oradea spreads out a new style, Secession (Art Nouveau), regardless the academics, forging the promises of a stylistic diversion based on ingenious and originality. The most important achievement in the style is the Palace of Vulturul Negru (1907-1909) the passage covered with glass linking 3 streets.
